Q: Do you accept orders outside the US? A: Yes, we do ship internationally via USPS
Q: How do you ship?
A: All orders ship using UPS or USPS.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We currently do NOT accept any returns. All costumes & accessories are brand new unopened items. If an item is damaged, you must contact management first for an return authorization before returning an item.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open 7 days a week! Monday though Thursday & Saturday 9am - 6pm EST Friday 9am - 7pm EST and Sunday 9am - 3pm EST.
Q: I have not received my item yet, what can I do?
A: Please allow at least 1 full business day for your order to process. Orders placed before 5pm EST are generally shipped that business day. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are concerned about your order!
Q: What do I do if I am not sure what size costume I need ?
A: You can always contact us by phone at 718.823.3033 if you have any questions.

All packages are sent through UPS. UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES!
UPS Ground Shipping costs $8.00.
UPS 3 DAY SELECT costs $20.00.
UPS Second Day Air costs $25.00.
UPS Next Day Air costs $45.00.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES:
Priority Shipping (outside US, Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box's and APO) costs $30.00-$35.00
Express Shipping is available for Hawaii and Alaska orders (orders that are needed next day, second day, and third day air).
AUSTRALIA
Express Shipping to Australia costs $50.00 per order.
EUROPE AND ASIA
Express Shipping to the United Kingdom and other European and Asian countries not listed below costs $50.00 per order.
Express Shipping for orders to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Japan, Monaco, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland and Taiwan costs $50.00 per order.
MIDDLE EAST
Express Shipping for orders to: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Cyprus, Egypt, India, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Nepal, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Syrian Arab Republic, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen costs $65.00 per order.
Express Shipping for orders to other Middle Eastern countires not listed above will cost $30.00 per order.
Next day, second day, and third day shipping does not include weekends.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON COSTUMES AND ACCESSORIES.
Because of varying sizes & weight, some packages may cost more to expedite outside of the United States. Frank Bee Costume will contact the customer for shipping pricing adjustments.
